Eliseo T. Rojas – Chairman & CEO

ETR Business Solutions, Inc. was founded by Eliseo Rojas in 2004. Eliseo possesses the experience and knowledge needed to identify and recognize the nature of opportunities and challenges faced by clients. He brings a broad range of skills to successfully address a competitive global business environment. In his 35-year career, Eliseo has transformed several organizations into world-class global operations. He exemplifies ETR’s commitment to help clients achieve high performance. He is an established leader with profound expertise in cultivating strong and long-lasting client relationships, a desire for building exceptional teams, and a laser sharp focus on operations and execution. Eliseo has experience in various industries, including investment banking, financial services, real estate, hospitality, mobility, travel, marketing, and advertising. His expertise in several sectors brings a great deal of knowledge to client engagements. He has held executive level positions at Fortune 500 companies including Drexel Burnham Lambert, TIAA-CREF, Cendant, and Interpublic. Eliseo possesses multi-sector and multi-cultural experience in business operations and management, including start-ups, turn-arounds, strategy development, commercial international contract negotiations/management, marketing, and business development. He also has extensive experience serving in leadership roles on numerous Boards, including the Women Presidents’ Educational Organization and the National Minority Supplier Development Council. Eliseo was born in Peru and is deeply committed to diversity & inclusion. His leadership in this effort has been recognized with several corporate leadership awards and a nomination to the Women’s Business Hall of Fame. He holds a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts from Columbia University and is also a member of the Columbia Men’s Soccer Team, which was inducted to the University’s Hall of Fame in 2016.

Carol E. Vojt – President and Secretary

Carol E. Vojt has significant expertise as an entrepreneur and leader who has founded various startup companies. She is an Elite Sales Executive and a highly successful Real Estate Investor. She has been building relationships and delivering sustainable value to her clients for over 30 years. Carol possesses extensive experience in several industries including retail, hospitality, office technology, and real estate. For nearly two decades, she held a top sales executive role with LDI Color Toolbox, one of the largest Canon, Sharp, HP, and Xerox resellers in the United States. There, Carol’s highly developed leadership, business development, product sales, services, strategic implementations, and negotiating skills generated over $2 Million dollars of revenue annually. Carol is a visionary and a strategic thinker who has the unique ability to identify trends in the marketplace, develop strategies to leverage market intelligence, and implement growth initiatives. Raj Naveen – Consulting Partner

Raj Naveen has over 35 years of global experience serving in CFO, COO, and CIO roles at companies like WPP, Sony Pictures, Interpublic Group, and Publicis. He has worked as a consultant for the past 6 years, applying his extensive hands-on experience in management and business leadership. Raj has a proven track record successfully growing enterprise value. Raj’s areas of expertise include financial & strategic planning; business finance & operations; enterprise valuation; mergers & acquisitions; compliance & governance; U.S. GAAP, IFRS & SOX; and automation, IT & ERP. Raj has provided CFO and project management services across industries including FMCG, healthcare, IT, retail, and infrastructure. He has provided management services for SMEs, including startups, providing guidance surrounding initial funding, optimizing growth with affiliations, and finally acquisition. He has provided consultancy for special projects in large conglomerates, for example, guiding the consolidation of marketing spend of US$ 200 million to establish a potential savings of over 20%. Raj is a certified accountant with a degree in law and management. His expertise includes breaking down processes in order to understand the areas for improvement and reengineering systems to improve efficiency with SMART goals for each position and level in the organization.

Don McIver – Consulting Partner

Don McIver is a professional services management veteran specializing in agency operations, organizational development, and business leadership. Don has significant experience driving corporate growth and developing strategic business initiatives. He also has expertise in tracking inefficiencies, HR management and compliance, information technology and telecommunications, facilities and office management, and benefit plan selection. Don was most recently president of YourCOO, an operations management consulting company. Previously, he held executive level positions at several major professional services firms, implementing new budget forecasting and modeling that improved financial decision-making and reduced operational costs significantly. He also sharply reduced employee turnover by improving recruiting processes, enhancing employee welfare benefits, and implementing employee training and development programs. Don’s work for clients has resulted in significant increases in revenue and profitability through the execution of operational improvements. In one instance, he slashed $300k in benefit expenditures by deploying new benefits programs, in addition to elevating personnel hiring procedures, which resulted in a 30% reduction in recruitment costs. Don also has experience advising startups on business development, operations, and staffing. He has an MBA from Iona College and a BA in Political Science from Montclair State University. He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and is a certified Zenger-Miller Instructor/AchieveGlobal.

Cesar Angulo – Consulting Partner

Cesar Angulo has 24 years of senior executive leadership experience. He has had success in local, regional, national, and international sales, as well as general management for companies of all sizes, including Fortune 500 organizations like The Chicago Tribune, Univision, Telemundo, NBC/Universal, Titan Broadcast, News Corp., Cardenas Marketing Network, Interpublic Group, and Powerful. Cesar has held executive roles in a variety of industries and has significant experience operating in some of the largest and most diverse US markets, including Chicago, Miami, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and New York City. His natural ability to break down complex issues and develop simple solutions has transformed many organizations and has helped deliver positive and sustainable results. Cesar holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Accounting) from Harding University, as well as several certifications in the areas of change management, team leadership, compliance, diversity, and inclusion.

Rosalie Edson – Consulting Partner

As the previous owner of Meadows Office Interiors, Rosalie Edson grew the New York-based contract furniture dealership into one of the largest in the nation, with revenues over $100 Million. She has been cultivating “client-to-friend” relationships and delivering significant value to her clients for over 30 years. Rosalie possesses extensive experience in the furniture and global real estate industries, as well as in related fields. She has cultivated an extensive network of contacts and long-time relationships in both the public and private sectors. Her highly developed leadership, business growth, talent development, sales management, relationship management, strategic implementation, and negotiation skills are unmatched. Rosalie is a passionate advocate for women in business and is a recognized leader in the diversity and inclusion arena. Meredith Vallillo – Consulting Partner

With more than 20 years’ experience as an IT leader, Meredith Vallillo has comprehensive knowledge of IT strategy, governance, management, and operations. She is an excellent communicator who leverages her strong interpersonal skills to maximize transparency and foster necessary conversations between corporate executives and IT. As head of MIS at her previous firm, she was a critical change agent, transforming the IT business, operations, and team from the ground up. She developed and maintained vendor relationships, oversaw major infrastructure implementations, and hired a technical team to support her efforts. More recently as CTO, Meredith owned Disaster Recovery and Microsoft Exchange service migration from resources managed in house to cloud-based platforms. As a seasoned IT veteran, Meredith understands the important role that IT plays in supporting a company’s mission. She excels at open communication and collaboration to ensure that IT initiatives help meet business goals. With her proven executive leadership and grasp of evolving technology, Meredith can create strategic plans to meet corporate objectives and will execute all tactics on time and on budget. Meredith has a BBA in Business Computer Information Systems from Hofstra University and an MS in Management Information Systems from NYU.
